For this year's Curated Guide, we decided to have a little fun. What we did was asked three local restaurants from our 25 Best list to come up with a new plate which we would feature on our cover of The Curated Guide, but also make available in their restaurants.
This month (June) we are featuring The Brooklyn Warehouse and Chef Stephanie Ogilvie's Nova Scotia Lamb Tartar; Apricot Pistachio Gremolata, Crème Fraiche, Quail Egg, Green Pea & Mint Chicharrones $14. It's a stunning plate and one you gotta get your hands on soon, as there are no guarantees it'll be around past June.
