Millot Vintner’s Reserve - This nicely balanced oak-aged red wine displays delicate aromatic notes of plum and dried figs. The wine is soft and layered with flavours of cherry and dark chocolate with a long finish. Pairs great with grilled meats and cheese.
Castel Vintner’s Reserve - Rich, dense and deeply pigmented, this wine offers inviting herbaceous aromas of caraway and black pepper. Aged Gin - After several months in Hungarian Oak barrels and then rested for a year in stainless, this soft gin, distilled using 100% Nova Scotian juniper berries has a lovely additional nuance of the wood tannins.
Rum Boat Rum "Shipwrecked Edition" - Ocean aged on a boat afloat in Lunenburg Harbour, this is a lovely, lively spirit – with a completely natural deep amber colour. Aged two and one half years on land in our Lunenburg cellars and a year at sea before the wreck. Bottled in 500 ml Apothecary bottles, wrapped in a story!

2015 Quintessence Red - Their signature red blend is a combination of Lucie Kuhlmann, Marquette, Castel and Pinot Noir. This wine has a slight earthiness, notes of red fruit, and balanced acidity. Both complex and soft, the Quintessence Red is food friendly and smooth.
2017 Tidal Bay - Theirs is a blend of L'Acadie, Frontenac Blanc, Frontenac Gris, NY Muscat and Seyval. Their Tidal Bay showcases tropical notes, with aromas of baked pear.
